How to Update a Workflow on Flodesk
After your workflow has been set up, you may need to make modifications from time to time. Check out the instructions below to see how.
Step 1: Click into "Workflows"
Step 2: Hover over your desired Workflow and click "Edit"
Step 3: You'll be prompted to temporarily pause the Workflow as you make updates, you must click "Yes, pause"
Step 4: Click into the email you'd like to modify
Step 5: **Important: Once you're finished making modifications to your Workflow, you MUST click "Publish" in the top right-hand corner of your Workflow screen. Otherwise, this Workflow will remain "paused" and your subscribers will no longer be receiving the automated emails.
Make any necessary edits, then click "Publish" so that your Workflow will be live again.
